An experience to remember

History, architecture, crafts, gastronomy and a lot of culture are the basic ingredients of this itinerary that takes us from Madrid, to the most attractive places of Castilla La Mancha and Castilla León.

Castilla La Mancha has many corners to discover and enjoy, in this proposal our tour will take us to the Toledo of the Three Cultures and Cuenca with its impressive hanging houses. Traditions and gastronomy will be our main demands.

In Castilla León, in addition to the cultural heritage of its buildings, in Ávila and Salamanca we will also taste the gastronomy and approach a designation of origin of the Iberian pig known throughout the world.

STEP BY STEP

Itinerary

Day 1 – Madrid

Arrival in Madrid in time for a short tour of the Austrias neighborhood and the city centre.

Day 2 – Toledo

We will leave in the morning to Toledo to know its history and the Three Cultures that lived in the town.

Day 3 – Cuenca

We will move to Cuenca to visit its imposing Cathedral and learn about the stories of its hanging houses. In the afternoon we will approach a Mazapanes workshop and a craft beer factory.

Day 4 – Ledesma

Today we will approach Ledesma, a small town with many history. We will visit an impressive cattle ranch of fighting bulls and horses before eating some dishes of their traditional cuisine. In the afternoon, we will learn how to make the authentic Ledesminas Rosquillas.

Day 5 – Salamanca

In Salamanca we will walk through its imposing buildings of the Plaza Mayor, Cathedral and the University Zone. In the afternoon we will visit an Iberian pig farm.
