General terms and conditions

are intended to describe and inform the user of the conditions that apply to the payment of the services that are available at any time. These conditions are supplemented by the information contained in the 

Legal Notice

 and the 

Privacy Policy

, and with which it is recorded for each particular service. Both the general conditions of purchase, as well as those gathered in the legal notice, may be modified at any time by Turismo Vivencial, and will be published immediately so that they can be known without explicit notice.

The user agrees to comply with these general conditions, as well as the conditions contained in the legal notice of this website, applying good faith in payment. The validation of the payment implies acceptance of these general conditions and constitutes proof that the client knows and accepts them.

Booking and payment system

All payments made through

are subject to current Spanish and EU regulations, as well as other legal provisions that affect international transactions.

The services offered on the website, as well as their characteristics and sale prices, will be announced on it. The prices of the services offered on the website are subject to the VAT legally established and in force at all times.

Turismo Vivencial reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the services contained and offered on the web. In this way, new services may be added or stopped without prior notice. The characteristics of the services may change without prior notice.

Turismo Vivencial reserves the right to cancel access to the portal to those users who maintain debit or unpaid balances with the company. We also reserve the right to refuse any order even if it is paid, returning in this case the entire payment.

For booking services at turismovivencial.com:

  1. The customer must complete the booking form shown on the page of each service. The customer must be of legal age and will be responsible for the veracity of the data entered.
  2. The sending of data through the form does not imply reservation and confirmation of the service.
  3. Turismo Vivencial will check the service availability. Once verified, Turismo Vivencial will contact the user to close the reservation.
  4. The user will receive the acceptance of the reservation in writing, via e-mail and always under availability. The offer to provide services will have a term of 7 days from the date of the same.
  5. After acceptance of the user and confirmation by Turismo Vivencial, the user must make a payment of 25% of the total. The remaining 75% must be paid 15 days before the date of the first service.
  6. Any modification in dates or times may entail an additional charge. At any time prior to the provision of the service, the customer may withdraw from the contract.

Payments

The payment of the services contracted by the client will be made in accordance with the means of payment that at all times are indicated in the web portal. Turismo Vivencial guarantees the client that each of the transactions made is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of bank data are carried out using a secure environment. All banking information that the customer transmits to us travels encrypted through the network.

Currently, the available means of payment are:

  1. Credit/Debit Card: Payments by credit or debit card will be made through a bank payment gateway. The payment is made through the server of the bank, which guarantees the security of the client thanks to the protocol based on the SSL standard. This protocol causes the data to be sent encrypted by the network, as discussed above, in such a way that no one can intercept or use them fraudulently. Therefore, the card data is transmitted protected directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the bank and this information can never reach any other recipient.

In case the payment is denied, the order will be canceled and the user will be duly informed.

Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations of any type of service must be communicated to our offices.

  • If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 20 days before the provision of the first service, there will be no penalty.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 19 and 10 days before the provision of the first service, the penalty will be 50% of the total.
  • If the cancellation occurs 9 days before the provision of the first service, the compensation will be 100%. In services offered as transfers, the coach must be completely empty.

Turismo Vivencial SL is not responsible for objects forgotten by customers once the provision of our services has been completed.

Any anomaly, deficiency or defect that the client finds in the contracted services, must be immediately brought to our attention.
