A self-guided half-day bike route from the city of Girona to the town of Cassà de la Selva via the Carrilet Greenway. This gentle slope route runs along old railway paths today adapted to cycling, passing through Mediterranean forests, agricultural areas and cork oak formations that show the natural richness of the landscape.
The great attraction is the visit to the Sculpture Park of Cassà, an outdoor space where contemporary art and nature merge. During the route, information is provided about the world of cork, its history, the sustainable uses of cork oak and the importance of this industry in the region.
