THE TRIP

An experience to remember

The Parador is an imposing medieval castle from the 12th century where you will feel like royalty. To visit Sigüenza is to travel back in time and move to the Middle Ages. During the tour you will pass by palaces, stately homes, convents and hermitages, such as the Church of Santiago and the Casa del Doncel. You will know the crops of yesteryear, which still endure today, but above all you will be surprised by the closeness and kindness of its people. Its gastronomy highlights its great quality, tradition and good work as the roast lamb or the delicious yolks of Doncel, a drunk cake made with honey from the Alcarria.
