Day 1. ARRIVAL IN FRANKFURT
Arrival and transfer Airport-Train station. Train FrankfurtEsStrasbourg.
Day 2. STRASBOURG.
We will visit the historic centre of the city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will visit the Cathedral and the main churches and sail along the river Rhine.
Day 3. Baden-Daben and Gengenbach.
We will visit the picturesque village of Gengenbach and Baden-Baden, its Casino and the thermal baths.
Day 4. ALSACIA: OBERNAI, HAUT-KOENIGSBOURG, RIBEAUVILLÉ, RIQUEWIHR.
We will discover Obernai, where we will visit its historic centre and observe the beautiful Kappelturm, from the 15th century. We will stop at Haut-Koenisgbourg Castle (12th century), and in the peculiar towns of Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr.
Day 5. ALSACIA: EGUISHEIM AND COLMAR.
We will visit Eguisheim and the neighboring town of Colmar, one of the most beautiful in Alsace.
Day 6. FRIBURG (Black Forest).
We will tour the city of Freiburg with its cathedral and the “Most Beautiful Tower of Christianity”, we will get to know the fascinating open-air museum Vogtsbauernhöfe”.
Day 7. FRIBURG – TRIBERG – LAGO TITI – FRIBURg (Black Forest).
We will visit Schiltach and Triberg, where we will admire the largest cuckoo clock in the world. We will arrive at Lake Titisee, of glacial origin, located in the heart of the Black Forest.
Day 8. BLACK SILVER – MÚNICH.
Transfer Lenzkirch – Munich.
Day 9. MUNICH.
We will discover the church St. Michael, Marienplatz with the City Hall and its famous carillon, the Opera Square, the Monument to the Bavarian Generals, the church Bürgersaalkirche, the Royal Residence and the church of St. Peter.
Day 10. MUNICH – BERLIN.
Train Munich-Berlin.
Day 11. BERLIN.
We will walk through the Barrio de San Nicolás, see the Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral, the Avenue of the Kaisers, Humboldt University, the Royal Library and the State Opera. We will see the remains of the Gestapo headquarters and learn the details of Hitler’s rise to power.
Day 12. Return to home.
Breakfast and private transfer to airport.
