We have prepared a unique getaway, in which in a peaceful environment between olive groves you will feel like a collector more in the task of varying the olive and transfer it to the oil mill, where you will also learn interesting details about the culture of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and know the processes to make the best Liquid Gold.

All this next to the twin cities of Úbeda and Baeza, with a great heritage and the best art of tapas.

STEP BY STEP

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at your accommodation and free time to enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

Day 2

In the morning José Antonio awaits us at his family mill to accompany us to the olive groves. Together with our crew you will walk among ecologically-kept centenary olive trees and participate in the olive harvest while enjoying the environment. From the field we will go to the oil mill, where José Antonio will explain interesting details about the types of oil, the old pressing processes of the olive and the new techniques with which a delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil is achieved, which you will then taste in its different varieties. Afternoon free to approach the nearby city of Úbeda and walk its narrow streets while you enjoy the art of tapas.

Day 3

Breakfast and checkout. Today our local host Pablo, will accompany you on a route through Baeza in which you will walk through its cobbled streets, you will know the history of the City and you will discover the importance of the great architect Andrés de Valdelvira as a promoter of both Úbeda and Baeza.
