Arrival in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, on your own. In the afternoon, you will tour the historic centre of Santiago de Compostela with your local host, Gabriel. During the tour, you will enter the famous Cathedral of Santiago. Overnight in Santiago.
Your next stop will be Cambados, in the Rías Baixas, where you will join the mariscadoras to know their work and collect Galician seafood. Afterwards, you will visit the fishing district of S Santoo Tomé. In the afternoon, you will discover the history and viticulture of the region in a stately Pazo, where you will enjoy a tasting of its best wines. At the end of the day, you will arrive at Sanxenxo, known for its beaches. Overnight in Sanxenxo.
You will go to the port of O Grove, the capital of seafood, where you will climb the Alberto catamaran to sail through the Ria de Arousa and know the batetas where mussels, oysters and scallops are grown. You will taste steamed mussels accompanied by white wine. In the afternoon, you will return to Sanxenxo and, if you wish, you can stop at the beach of A Lanzada to enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic. Overnight in Sanxenxo.
After breakfast, you will travel to Vigo, where you will meet your hostess Pilar. You will tour the historic centre and the markets of the city, such as the A Pedra market and the Calvary Market. Free afternoon in Vigo and accommodation in the city.
Breakfast at the hotel and free time to explore the city at your own pace. End of the trip and return according to your convenience.
