If there is (normally, they will be indicated to the program / offer or at the time of making the reservation) 3.- A penalty consisting of 5% of the total trip if the withdrawal occurs more than ten days and less than fifteen before the start date of the trip; 15% between three and ten and 25% within forty-eight hours prior to departure. All the above mentioned amounts/concepts are cumulative. If you do not show up at the scheduled time of departure, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. In the event that the contracted and canceled services are subject to special economic conditions of contracting, such as the case of aircraft freight and special rates, if expressly identified in the program / offer, the cancellation costs for withdrawal will be those established for this purpose in each of the specific brochures of this organizer and that are available in the Retail Agency. The consumer of the package trip may assign his reservation to a third person, communicating it in writing at least fifteen days before the start date of the trip. The transferee must meet the same requirements as the assignor had, required for all purposes for the package holiday, and both will be jointly responsible for the payment of the price of the trip of the justified additional expenses of the assignment. This transfer will not be possible when there is sufficient cause. In cases where the organizer conditions, and expressly so specifies, the feasibility of the combined travel offer to have a minimum number of participants, and in order not to reach this number if the trip is canceled, the user will be entitled exclusively to the refund of the total price or advance amounts, without being able to claim any amount as compensation, provided that the Agency has notified it in writing at least ten days before the scheduled date of start of the trip.
