Iconic route in Catalonia

Day 1. Arrival in Barcelona

• Pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel. We will meet Anna, our local hostess in love with Catalonia. We will explore the mysteries and treasures of the historic centre of Barcelona, revealing its most precious secrets. Get ready to immerse yourself in an unforgettable experience and discover the magic that this land has! Accommodation in Barcelona.

Day 2. Montserrat Magic

• We will visit the mountains of Montserrat, to walk its trails with Ricard. It will be a simple route full of stories and legends. The meal will be picnic. In the afternoon we will approach the ecological vineyard of Anna where we can visit its vineyards and taste some of its wines and cavas. Return and accommodation in Barcelona.

Day 3. The Costa Brava

• We will move to Baix Empordà, on the Costa Brava. Together with Sandra we will discover the beautiful fishing village of Calella de Palafrugell among its stories of Fishermen and Habaneras. In the afternoon, we will enjoy at our own pace its coves with crystal clear waters and its magnificent Mediterranean gastronomy. Accommodation in Calella de Palafrugell.

Day 4. Peratallada and Girona

• We will head towards one of the charming villages of Catalonia par excellence: Peratallada. With our friend Sandra we will immerse ourselves in the medieval history that hides its walls and cobbled streets. We will continue the route to Girona, where we will have free time to eat and enjoy free time through the historic centre. Overnight in Anoia.

Day 5. Vall de Boí

• We will go to the Pyrenees, specifically to the Vall de Boí. Upon our arrival and after lunch, we will meet Lluís and make a route through its villages and its 8 Romanesque churches of the eleventh and twelfth centuries, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Overnight in Taüll.

Day 6. Hiking in the Aigüestortes National Park

• We will meet Miquel, an expert in nature, to accompany us on a hiking route through the Aigüestortes National Park of indescribable beauty. At lunchtime, we will choose a charming place and stretch the tablecloths to prepare the picnic and eat surrounded by nature. We will return to Taüll and free time to rest. We recommend visiting the artisan cheese shop of our friend Rubén to taste some of his delicious Km 0 cheeses. Overnight in Taüll.

Day 7. Penelles and Alcanar

• We will start our journey towards the south, stopping in Penelles, a town in the province of Lleida that stands out for its unique Street Art, an open-air museum where the colorful murals that dress the facades of its walls stand out. After lunch we will depart to Alcanar, where we will have free time to settle in the hotel or go out to enjoy the charm of its historic centre, composed of narrow and steep streets originated in 1239. Overnight in Alcanar.

Day 8. Delta del Ebro

• We will enjoy the beauty of the Ebro Delta in a special way. Together with our local host, Ferran, we will live an electric bike tour that will take us to the mouth of the Ebro River and its ecosystem, crossing rice fields and enjoying its gastronomy. Afternoon off. Overnight in Alcanar.

Day 9. Touring the Penedès in meharis

• We will return to the Penedes and visit the cellar of our friend Neus. We will tour their vineyards in a unique way, driving a classic mehari car. In the tour we will make some stops to know the different ways of working the vineyard. The food will be in the same vineyard, based on a tasting of local dishes with local products. We will return to Barcelona to enjoy the afternoon at our leisure. Accommodation in Barcelona.

Day 10. Back home

• Our private driver will take us to Barcelona Airport to begin the return home.
