After summer, when temperatures drop, the afternoons shorten and the first rains arrive, the deer of the Sierra de Albarracín go into heat. A deep roar is emitted by the deer to dominate their territory and that no one approaches their females. This sound envelops the forest and it is possible to observe, in broad daylight, the fights between the deer, in which their antlers collide trying to unseat the adversary. This is undoubtedly one of the most magical natural spectacles that can be observed in the Sierra de Albarracín.
