We have received the satisfactory resolution of an aid to digitization that will mark a before and after in Turismo Vivencial. It is about the program DIGITUR of the Regional Government of Andalusia, a key initiative to modernize the tourism sector, facilitating the incorporation of digital solutions in microenterprises, SMEs and freelancers.
This support drives the implementation of digital tools in strategic areas such as process automation, customer management, online positioning, e-commerce and cybersecurity.
In this context of digital transformation, we have developed a itinerary planner for travel agencies with own productan innovative tool that integrates management of availability, route optimization and personalization according to the traveler’s preferences.
Thanks to artificial intelligence, the planner will offer recommendations based on interests, travel times and availability of services, optimizing the experience for both agencies and customers.
