THE TRIP

An experience to remember

The Sierra de Aracena is one of the most beautiful places in Andalusia, located at the northern end of the province of Huelva. Oaks, cork oaks and chestnut trees form extensive plains of pastures where you can see the Iberian pig in freedom. Land of the Iberian ham, where economic activity moves around the world of the Iberian pig.

It is worth visiting their dryers to know first-hand the care with which Iberian pigs are cared for and the work that entails to achieve a gastronomic delicacy. Gastronomy has a fundamental role, in which you can enjoy dishes based on Iberian ham, vegetables from the local garden and heritage mushrooms from times past. We have prepared a getaway where we combine culture, nature and gastronomy. You will travel through oak forests, you will enter the world of Iberian ham and you can make your own cheese. Enjoy the peace of the plains of meadows and cork oaks.
