Our proposal is an authentic immersion in the exciting world of wine. From the field to the bottle, you will learn about all the processes the grape goes through before your palate can taste it. The next step will be to get you started in the tasting process. In this proposal you will enjoy the experience of sleeping in Paradores.

Always in the company of a local host, winemaker, you will get to know some of the best wineries and their vineyards in La Rioja Alavesa, Ribera del Duero and Valladolid. We have selected family wineries for you, so you will learn from the hand of their owners. To make this experience a memorable memory, we have combined wine tourism with other activities and visits that will allow you to learn much more about the local culture of each destination and, of course, the gastronomy will have a special section.

Tour Plan

1

Day 1 - Madrid and Aranda de Duero

We will begin our immersion in the world of wine from Madrid in the direction of Aranda de Duero where, in addition to lunch, we will visit two century-old wineries.

Day 2 - Santo Domingo de Silos and Santo Domingo de la Calzada

We will continue our route through Santo Domingo de Silos until we reach Santo Domingo de la Calzada, where we will learn the stories behind its Monastery and spend the night in the impressive Parador.

Day 3 - Laguardia and Cenicero

We will follow our itinerary to the towns of Laguardia and Cenicero, two historical villages with a lot of charm and where we will visit two wineries with a lot of tradition.

Day 4 - Viana

Today we will visit a route of small villages through which we will approach family wineries. We will reach the town of Viana, where we will have a tasting of traditional dishes.

Day 5 - Peñafiel

We will return to the heart of the Ribera del Duero, to visit the vineyards of Peñafiel with its imposing Castle. In the afternoon, a commented tasting of some local varieties.

Day 6 - Segovia

We will continue to Segovia, where we will visit its impressive aqueduct and Cathedral before enjoying the local gastronomy in one of its rotisseries.

7

Day 7 - Farewell

Free time to do some shopping and return to your place of origin.

Was lucky enough to have a private tour of the vineyard so absolutely loved it! Great insights on wine making, the processes and science behind. Our guide Moises had impeccable English so would definitely recommend if you don’t speak Spanish fluently. Absolutely beautiful views, so peaceful and tranquil.
