In the historic center of Úbeda, a World Heritage City, we find the old Palace of the Counts of Guadiana, converted into the Úbeda Palace, which was built in the 16th century. It is a jewel of the Renaissance built in the 16th century, with a spectacular tower overlooking the city that would be ordered to be built years later. Thanks to a painstaking restoration that lasted up to 11 years, we can enjoy the building that is now the Hotel Palacio de Úbeda. Its spacious rooms perfectly combine tradition, exquisiteness and avant-garde to ensure a stay that we will hardly forget. Both in its Restaurant and in the Tavern that make up the gastronomic offer of the Palace, we will enjoy the traditional recipes and tapas of the cuisine of the area and also some dishes from other cultures. Always with careful elaborations at the height of our demanding palates and based on the authentic EVOO of the province. To improve our experience and comfort, the hotel has a thermal area with therapeutic waters and all kinds of treatments.
