Anoia, discover its magic
You will attend artisan workshops with natural materials, you will relax in nature riding a horse, you will ‘’live the present”, experiencing an unforgettable mindfulness session or be able to observe the stars surrounded by a unique environment.
You will spend 7 days and 6 nights where you will mainly visit the north of Anoia.
Montserrat will welcome you at home to teach you the art of leathermaking and make together with you a unique piece, always respecting the territory and the environment that surrounds you. Together with Alba, you will walk through the beautiful nature of Calaf, on a horse route that will make you disconnect from your routines and observe unique landscapes.
Our friend Frank will accompany you on a route that includes nature, history and mysticism, where you will discover the remains of old farmhouses from the time of the cultivation of the vine in Anoia, classic buildings in dry stone, an authentic local heritage, as well as prehistoric, megalithic, medieval and contemporary remains. Accompanied by Dani, you will enter the history of Rubió Castle, one of the Gothic jewels of Anoia. You will enjoy the gastronomy offered by the locale with a delicious menu and views of the castle itself.
You will learn to discover emotional awareness, relax and let yourself be carried away with Ivan in a course of Mindfulness, to understand meditation as a way of life and help you manage conflicts, time and optimise decision-making.
You will observe the stars surrounded by spectacular nature and taste the local gastronomy in a traditional farmhouse cuisine with menus based on traditional dishes and local products.
