The traditional cuisine of Extremadura is simple, but uses excellent local products. Many of the typical dishes are based on the resources offered by nature in every season.
Each region and each town, have reflected their own identity in their gastronomy, but they all have the same roots. In this region, so extensive and so diverse, we will have the possibility of visiting cheese workshops, olive oil mills and tasting a rich and delicious honey.
In the pasture of Extremadura, we will learn about the breeding of the Iberian pig in montanera and fed with acorn. Enjoy with us an Extremaduran gastronomy of simple elaboration, based on extraordinary products with derivatives of the Iberian pig, lamb, cheese and cakes, paprika from La Vera, always watered with good wines.
