Greenway de la Sierra, whose route never passed any train, has a route of 36km at the foot of the southernmost mountains of the peninsula, between the Cadiz villages of Puerto Serrano and Olvera. This exceptional route, which continues parallel to the banks of numerous rivers, passes through places as spectacular as the Zaframagón Rock, one of the most populated vulture reserves in Europe.
Our itinerary will take you through small villages with a lot of charm, where you can enjoy a unique cuisine, its popular festivals and share your time with local people.
In the city of Ronda, we will have the opportunity to know the process of making the best wines of the region and learn to prepare some traditional Andalusian dishes. Visiting craft workshops, oil mills and livestock, will be some of the activities that will complement this Andalusian tour.
