These general terms and conditions are intended to describe and inform the user of the conditions that apply to the payment of the services that are available at any given time. These conditions are complemented with the information contained in the legal notice and privacy policy, and with the information contained for each particular service. The general conditions of purchase, as well as those gathered in the legal notice, can be modified at any time by Turismo Vivencial, and will be published immediately so that they can be known without explicit warning.
The user agrees to comply with these general conditions, as well as the conditions contained in the legal notice of this website, applying good faith in the payment. The validation of the payment implies acceptance of these general conditions and constitutes proof that the customer is aware of them and accepts them.
Reservation and payment system
All payments made through turismovivencial.com are subject to current Spanish and EU regulations, as well as all other legal provisions affecting international transactions.
The services offered on the website, as well as their characteristics and sales prices, will be advertised on the website. The prices of the services offered on the website are subject to the legally established VAT in force at all times.
Turismo Vivencial reserves the right to modify, without previous notice, the services contained and offered in the web. In this way, new services may be added or discontinued without prior notice. The characteristics of the services may be subject to change without prior notice.
Turismo Vivencial reserves the right to cancel the access to the portal to those users who maintain debtor or unpaid balances with the company. It also reserves the right to refuse any order even if paid, returning in this case the full payment.
For the reservation of services in turismovivencial.com:
- The client must complete the reservation form shown on the page of each service. The customer must be of legal age and will be responsible for the veracity of the data entered.
- Sending data through the form does not imply reservation and confirmation of the service.
- Turismo Vivencial will check the availability of the service. Once verified, Turismo Vivencial will contact the user to close the reservation.
- The user will receive the acceptance of the reservation in writing, via e-mail and always subject to availability. The present offer of services shall be valid for a period of 7 days from the date of the offer.
- After the user’s acceptance and confirmation by Turismo Vivencial, the user must make a payment of 25% of the total amount. The remaining 75% must be paid 15 days prior to the date of the first service.
- Any change in dates or times may incur an additional charge. At any time prior to the provision of the service, the customer may withdraw from the contract.
Payments
Payment for the services contracted by the client will be made in accordance with the means of payment indicated at any given time on the web portal. Turismo Vivencial guarantees to the client that every transaction is 100% secure. All transactions involving the transmission of banking data are performed using a secure environment. All banking information transmitted to us by the customer travels encrypted over the network.
Currently, the available payment methods are:
- Credit/Debit Card: Payments by credit or debit card will be made through a bank payment gateway. The payment is made through the bank’s server, which guarantees the customer’s security thanks to the protocol based on the SSL standard. This protocol means that the data is sent encrypted over the network, as mentioned above, so that no one can intercept it or use it fraudulently. Therefore, the card data is transmitted directly to the bank’s POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and this information can never reach any other recipient.
In the event that payment is denied, the order will be cancelled and the user will be duly informed.
Cancellations
Modifications or cancellations of any type of service should be communicated to our offices.
- If cancellation occurs between 30 and 20 days prior to the first service, there will be no penalty.
- If the cancellation occurs between 19 and 10 days before the first service is rendered, the penalty will be 50% of the total amount.
- If the cancellation occurs 9 days before the first service is rendered, the compensation shall be 100%. For services offered as transfers, the coach must be completely empty.
Turismo Vivencial SL is not responsible for the objects forgotten by the clients after the end of our services.
Any anomaly, deficiency or defect that the client finds in the contracted services must be immediately brought to our attention.
